Orders are processed within 3 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
Total Delivery Time = Warehouse Processing Time + Shipping Time 

You will receive your order typically within 10 business days depending on the carrier. If there are shipping delays, it is often due to the shipping provider and is out of our control.  

BIOTOP PROFESSIONAL does not ship to hotels, motels, temporary accommodations, or PO Boxes due to the unsecure nature of delivery at these locations. Once an order has been marked as delivered to the provided shipping address, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is secure. We recommend providing a permanent, secure address for all orders and monitoring your tracking information to ensure timely receipt.


How much does USA shipping cost?

The shipping cost is minimal.  We charge a small fee in order to ensure your parcel is safe and to get it to you as fast as possible.
